To ensure attractions close on time, queues may be closed early in the event of large crowds.
2. Safety
Always follow the directions of our staff and the signs in the park.
Avoid running, diving, or engaging in behavior that is dangerous to yourself or others.
Use the slides correctly: they are not permitted to be used with glasses, objects, jewelry or sharp accessories.
Do not stop along the slide path or in the landing pools, to avoid collisions.
Children under 100 cm tall may only use the attractions designated for them; adults are asked not to use games reserved for younger children.
The rides are recommended for people in good physical condition; they are not suitable for anyone with physical problems, particularly skeletal problems.
3. Access and clothing
Only technical swimming clothing is permitted.
The use of a swimming cap is mandatory in all swimming pools (also available inside the park).
Glass or metal containers are not permitted in the park.
Pets are not allowed; a dedicated service is available.
4. Useful services
Lockers are available for a fee, subject to availability, and a security deposit is required.
Management is not responsible for items left unattended, forgotten, or stored in lockers.
Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee until stocks run out.
If umbrellas are sold out, you will not be entitled to a refund (a large green area is still available).
5. Making the most of the park
Picnic areas are available for consuming food and drinks.
Eating under umbrellas is not permitted.
In case of strong winds, umbrellas must be closed to ensure everyone's safety.
6. Conditions and responsibilities
The Management is not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness, incompetence or negligence of guests.
The Management is only responsible for damages resulting from breakages or malfunctions of the attractions.
We assume no responsibility for impacts or collisions between guests while using the slides, swimming pools or inside the park.
7. Any closures
In case of adverse weather conditions, strong winds, power outages, or maintenance, some attractions or the entire park may close without notice.
In such cases, no ticket refund is provided.
8. Tickets
The ticket is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.
The purchase and use of the ticket implies acceptance of the rules.
9. Privacy and security
The park is under video surveillance.
Video and photographic recordings may be taken for security and promotional purposes, in compliance with current legislation (Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/16).
