1. Are all the slides included in the entrance ticket?
The entrance ticket entitles you to use all the water attractions located in the Park.
2. What are the opening days and hours?
Every day from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (to allow the attraction to close on time, access to some lines may be closed early).
3. Are there any limitations on using the attractions?
Yes, some attractions have height restrictions. Please see the MAP for details.
4. Can people with disabilities access?
Access for disabled people is complete.
5. Are there discounted rates for guests with disabilities, invalidity, or under Law 104?
Minors under Law 104: Free admission for minors; reduced admission for an accompanying adult.
Guests with 100% disability:
· Admission is free upon presentation of suitable certification (see below for which ones are accepted).
· The accompanying person is always entitled to a reduced ticket.
If you wish to access the park multiple times, you can request a season ticket for €5, which can be purchased exclusively at the ticket offices upon presentation of the required certification.
Alternatively, you can request a free ticket at each entrance, always presenting the certification.
Guests with a disability of 75% to 99%:
· A reduced-rate ticket is available for purchase at the park's ticket office upon presentation of a certificate (see below which is accepted).
· The accompanying person is not entitled to any reduction.
Season passes for companions:
· There are no discounts on season tickets for accompanying persons.
Accepted Certifications
You must present one of the following valid documents to receive free admission:
· INPS/ASL certification (indicating the percentage of disability).
· Disability Card: This entitles you to reduced-price admission. If the card bears an "A" (companion), admission is free; otherwise, the reduced rate applies.
· The European Disabled Parking Permit (the blue card) is not accepted.
Parking for Guests with Motor Disabilities:
A dedicated area is available inside the car park.
Parking is free upon presentation of the European Disability Card (blue card) issued by the competent authority at the park ticket offices (the holder's presence and entry to the park is required). Please note: spaces are limited.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, debit card and credit card (Visa – MasterCard)
7. Where can I buy an entrance ticket?
Entrance tickets can be purchased at the ticket office at the park entrance or online, saving you money and skipping the line.
8. Is the entrance ticket refundable?
No, the entrance ticket is non-refundable (or resalable) for any reason and its use implies acceptance of our regulations.
9. Can I navigate the park with my smartphone or tablet?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the bar area.
10. Are there any current agreements?
Yes, there are. For details, see the Agreements section of our website.
To enter as a group, reservations are required, at least 24 hours in advance.
12. Can animals be brought into the Park?
Pets are not allowed in the park. A free dog hotel is available (located near the park ticket offices). The hotel offers shaded, locked, well-ventilated outdoor rooms, equipped with food and water bowls provided by the owners. You can visit your dog whenever you like.
13. Can glass containers and/or bottles be brought into the Park?
It is not possible to bring glass objects of any kind into the Park.
14. Is it possible to eat under the umbrellas?
Eating under the umbrellas is not permitted. Specially equipped picnic areas are available.
15. Are there lockers for storing personal items?
Lockers are available inside the park for €4.00 and a €5.00 security deposit is required, which will be returned at the end of the day.
It's not a question of age but of height: children up to 1 meter tall enter for free, those between 1 meter and 1.40 meters tall pay a reduced entrance fee.
18. Are umbrellas and sunbeds available?
Yes, they can be rented daily until stocks run out at the ticket offices and locker counters. However, it is not possible to reserve and/or rent them in advance.
19. Is there parking outside the property? How much does it cost?
There is a parking lot outside the park that costs €5.00. Overnight parking is not permitted, regardless of vehicle.
20. If I arrive by car, how do I get to the park?
By car or bus, take the A14 motorway exit at Val Vibrata if coming from the north, or the Mosciano S. Angelo exit if coming from the south. Follow the signs for Tortoreto.
21. If I arrive by bus, how do I get to the park?
From Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto, paid MARCOZZI city buses are available. Information and schedules can be found in the "How to Get There" section of our website.
22. Are headphones mandatory?
Swim caps are required for the pools, but not for the slides. They can be purchased inside the park, at the Bazaar, in case you forget to bring your own.
23. Do you sell sunscreen, slippers, other items, and tobacco?
Yes, inside the Park, near the Bazaar, with the exception of tobacconists.
24. Can I go down the slides wearing goggles?
No, it is not possible to use glasses on the slides.
25. Is it possible to organize birthday parties at the park?
