Our Rules

1. We advise our guests to scrupulously observe the indications given by the staff assigned to the individual attractions and reported by the signs inside and outside the Park.
    
2. We inform you that is not allowed to:
   • introduce glass or metal containers to the Park;
   • dive into any pool, run and play on the transfer routes and anyway outside the specially set up areas, make dangerous games for the safety of the others;
   • descend from the slides with glasses;
   • descend from the slides with objects that may be lost during the journey and in any case with jewellery and sharp objects that may cause injuries;
     
   • stop on the path and in the landing area of the arrival pools (forbidden to avoid collisions);
   • introduce animals to the Park (there is a free hotel for dogs and cats available);
   • eat under the umbrellas (equipped picnic areas available).
      
     
3. The Management declines all responsibility for crashes and / or collisions occurring within the aquatic games, in the pools and inside the Park in general.
    
   
4. Children shorter than 100 cm can only use slides destined for them, adults are requested not to use games reserved for children.
    
   
5. The Management is not liable for damages caused by imprudence, negligence and incapacity of the guests, but only for those caused by breakages and / or malfunctions of the slides.
    
   
6. Lockers for the storage of personal items are available for a fee within the Park until exhausted plus the payment of a deposit..
    
   
7. The Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the lockers as well as left unattended or forgotten inside the Park.
    
   
8. Umbrellas and sunbeds are subject to charge until exhaustion. The exhaustion of umbrella tickets is not a reason for reimbursement of the entrance ticket (ample Green Area available).
    
   
9. It is mandatory to use the bathing cap in all the pools (on sale also inside the Park).
    
   
10. On days with strong gusts of wind, to protect the safety of guests, the umbrellas must be closed.
     
    
11. In case of dangerous weather conditions and / or prolonged lack of electricity, the Management reserves the right to close individual attractions (even if not exceptionally available for maintenance work) or the entire Park at any time, without having to pay any reimbursement to the visitors.
     
    
12. The park is open from 10.00 to 18.30. To allow the closure of the attraction within the scheduled time, access to the line can be closed in advance
     
    

To practice the games you need a healthy and robust constitution; the use is forbidden to sick people, in particular those with compromised bone skeletal system.

It is allowed to wear only technical clothing for swimming pool.

The purchase and use of the entrance ticket (not resalable or refundable for any reason) implies acceptance of our regulation.

Park under video surveillance and subject to video and photo shooting for security and advertising reasons (art.13 of EU Reg. 679/16).
